How can I contact Mashatel?

You can contact us anytime through email or call our hotline number during our working hours Sunday to Thursday 9AM-9PM.

The order I received was not acceptable, how can I contact you?

If the order you received mismatches the order you placed or if there were missing/wrong items in your order, you can contact us directly through or by calling our call center.

How long does the online payment refund process take?

The duration of the refund process varies depending on the payment method you used. For K-Net it may take up to 3 working days. The refund for MasterCard and Visa may take up to 6 days. To learn more about our refund policy, we invite you to read our Terms and Conditions.

I forgot to add an item to my order, what do I do?

Contact us if you need to add, remove or change items from your order.

Can I track my orders?

You can navigate to My Orders tab under the setting tab to see the current status of your order.

Can I do one order with multiple address and area?

Currently every order is tagged with one delivery address, but in case you’re looking for a customized solution feel free to contact us on our hotline and we will take care of your custom request.

Can I have multiple addresses into my account?

Yes. You can add as many addresses as you need to a single account. Go to My Addresses and click on "Add New Delivery Address" button.

If I placed an order, how long does it take to receive the order?

We offer each delivery within 48 hours.

Do you have Debit Card / Credit Cards services?

Yes, we have Debit Card/Credit Card payment methods.

What does Mashatel do?

Mashatel is a one stop solution for all kind of your gardening and decoration needs we have a wide range of products to offer like indoor & outdoor plants, shrubs, trees, flowering plants, gardening tools. We also cater Garden Landscaping services of all kinds of flora and fauna and have provision of artificial decoration for an ultra luxurious art work.

Can I pay by Debit/Credit Card with COD orders?

Yes, you can pay to our delivery specialist using the POS machine which is available with our delivery team. We accept Debit/Credit and Knet Cards.
